Madison, Office Manager

Hi friends, my name is Madison and I am the office manager here at PdoWS! I started my dental journey in 2017 and have been in pediatrics since I graduated from Carrington college in 2018. Working with children has been one of my passions for many years and it makes coming to work easy and enjoyable. Educating kids on the importance of oral hygiene along with making sure there experience at the dentist is happy and fun is something I strive for when working with our patients. Outside of work I like to stay active, play with my fur babies and go on spontaneous trips.
Sofia, Lead Registered Dental Assistant
Hello friends, my name is Sofia and I am the Lead assistant/RDA here at PDoS! I started my dental journey in 2021 and I have been in pediatrics since I graduated from Blake Austin college in 2022. Working with kids has been my passion for the past few years,it makes coming to work exciting and fun. When working with our patients I strive to educate on the importance of oral hygiene and making sure their experience at the dentist is happy and fun. Outside of work I like to cook, watch movies and go on spontaneous road trips.
Tayler, Sedation Coordinator
Hi! My name is Tayler and I am the administrative assistant here at PDOS.I have been working in a medical office setting for many years now, but I am now exploring the dental world. So far the best part about working here has been the kids! Outside of work I like spending time with my friends and family and of course my kids.I also enjoy cooking and trying new foods. Elizabeth, Registered Dental Assistant
Hi! My name is Elizabeth, and I'm a dental assistant at PDoS. I started my dental journey in 2021 right after I graduated high school. I first began working with kids during my externship and it truly made me enjoy my days at work. I love being able to see the kids get comfortable in the dental chair and not be afraid. My coworkers and Dr make going to work be easy while having fun. In my spare time I love spending time with family and braiding hair.
Amarra,Insurance Coordinator
Hi there! I’m Amarra, the friendly face behind the check-out desk—and yes, the one behind those emailed estimates you get before your child’s visit (I promise, I don’t make the numbers up!) 😆. With four years of experience in the dental field specializing in insurance verification, billing, claims processing, and treatment coordination, I know how confusing insurance can be, but I’m here to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. As a National Certified Insurance and Coding Specialist with additional certification in medical insurance, I have experience with insurance across multiple plan types and specialties and work to ensure families understand their benefits and receive the care they need without the hassle. I believe in clear communication, problem-solving, and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient. When I’m not assisting families, I’m pursuing my degree in English, writing creatively, or exploring new places in nature. Whether I’m navigating insurance details or crafting a great story, I put my heart into everything I do!
Anna, Registered Dental Assistant
Hi, I'm Anna, one of the RDAs at PDOS! I've been in the dental field since 2016 and have a deep passion for dental health. I experimented with general practices but quickly learned that working with kids is much more fun. I especially love helping them develop healthy habits and making their dental visits a positive experience. When I'm not helping with teeth, some of my hobbies include cooking, taking my dog Maui on adventures, and road tripping with my boyfriend.
Larissa, Registered Dental Assistant
Hello! My name is Larissa, I started in dental back in 2021 and graduated from Carrington College in 2023. There is nothing I enjoy more than making someone who was once scared of the dentist feel safe and welcome as my patient! I was a very sensitive young lady myself so I truly understand what it's like to need compassion and patience. Finding fun ways to get the whole family involved in oral hygiene is something I love chatting about just as much as pop culture. In my free time I love cosplaying, going to anime conventions, and taking my dogs on adventures!
Nathalia, Receptionist
Hello! My name is Nathalia and I'm the Receptionist at PDoS! I am a recent graduate from UC Davis where I obtained my Bachelor's in Human Development and minored in Education. Throughout my many medical and education internships at UC Davis, I have always loved working with children, which is why PDos seemed perfect for me. I hope to further my career in medicine and am very excited to start the journey with dentistry! Outside of work, I love going out with my friends, going to concerts, and baking.
Erik, Business and Tech
I'm usually behind the scenes working on IT, business, financial and a little bit of this and that. My main job here is to take care of non-toothy stuff so Dr. Johnson and his amazing staff can focus on providing fantastic dental care for your children. In my spare time I like to design and build robot and/or drone things that aren't very useful. You'll usually find me enjoying time with my wife and little ones and goofing around in the Sierras on a dirt bike.
